São Tomé to build chocolate factory Sao Tome, Sao Tome and Principe- (PANA) - A chocolate factory will be built in Sao Tome, thanks to a government grant for the project, PANA learned from a source close to the Organic Cocoa Export Cooperative (CECAB)
